SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days). Shipping costs are currently a flat rate.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

RETURN POLICY

if you're dissatisfied with a products condition due to shipment, please inform us so we can fix the issue for you as soon as possible. At Baldwin's Best, we have a straightforward return/refund policy and we want to reassure our customers that they can buy from Baldwin's Best with confidence.

For returns or refunds, the item must be damaged or deemed unusable due to the shipping process. please show proof of the damaged item with a photo within 7 days of purchase and we will gladly send the new item to you or refund you the purchase amount. 

Please allow time for your bank to process the refund transaction.
